About the job Our Client: A large organisation with businesses across GCC are looking to hire an Internal Audit Manager for their office in Dubai Your Role: We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Internal Audit Manager to join Audit function based in Dubai. Reporting to the Senior Manager and Head of Internal Audit, this role involves extensive travel (up to 60-70%) to countries such as GCC, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe. Responsibilities include assisting in risk assessment, independently leading audits of various complexities, liaising with key stakeholders, delivering effective audit reporting with recommendations for constructive change, and building strong relationships with executive management. Additionally, the role entails reviewing code of conduct breaches, investigating policy violations, and actively following up on audit issues to ensure timely closure. The successful candidate will administer audit projects, ensuring all phases are completed within defined timelines. Must Haves: 10+ years of quality experience .Must be a Chartered Accountant/ CIA, CPA or CISA. High proficiency with International Audit Standards. ERP software experience and must be organised and detail oriented. Ability to manage stakeholders in different spheres and influence without direct authority is key. Candidates should speak Arabic and willing to travel.
