**Job Description**

The Finance Director at M&M Accountancy will play a crucial leadership role in overseeing the delivery of top-notch financial services to our clients while driving operational efficiency and team performance. **Key Responsibilities**

Additionally, you will represent the company in high-level client engagements, building strong and lasting relationships.

You will oversee the preparation and review of client deliverables such as bookkeeping, VAT returns, and corporate tax filings. Ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international accounting standards is essential. Addressing complex client issues by offering tailored financial consultancy and advisory solutions will also be part of your responsibilities.

**Key Requirements**

To excel in this role, candidates must hold ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualifications. Demonstrable academic excellence coupled with training from one of the Big 4 accounting firms is required. Expertise in UAE tax regulations including VAT and corporate tax compliance is advantageous. Exceptional leadership skills along with advanced proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel are essential for success.
