As a Senior Financial Analyst at Modern Pharmaceutical LLC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial aspects of the group. Your responsibilities will include conducting financial forecasting and budgeting to support business planning processes, preparing financial performance reports for senior management and stakeholders, and identifying strategies to improve financial performance and reduce costs. You will also be involved in exploring opportunities to streamline financial processes, develop financial performance metrics, and identify financial risks for mitigation.

Key accountabilities of this role also include being a key lead in system implementation initiatives within the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for revenue analysis of sales data to identify trends for revenue growth, collaborating with the commercial team on margin negotiation with suppliers, analyzing financial data for new investment opportunities, providing financial guidance to operations, and offering business partnership to relevant stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance along with professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA (preferred). A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis within the pharmaceutical distribution or healthcare sector in the UAE is required. The successful candidate must demonstrate expertise in preparing profitability reports, analyzing financial performance reports, cost optimization strategies, revenue analysis, margin negotiation techniques, investment evaluation skills as well as proficiency in financial modeling tools like MS Excel and ERP systems.
