As a Logistics Manager at NEP SINGAPORE, INDIA & MENA, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all activities related to outgoing and incoming shipments for various projects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy and timely preparation of necessary documentation, following standard procedures and legal formalities when third parties are involved in projects, and communicating shipment timelines internally to facilitate proper planning by other functions. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Team to provide freight estimation for quotation purposes and analyze budgets for logistics needed to fulfill project requirements.

In addition to maintaining high accuracy in document preparations for logistics, you will be responsible for obtaining necessary approvals from the Finance Department for budget allocation and coordinating with freight forwarders to ensure equipment is received as scheduled. Building strong relationships with suppliers and service providers, developing SOPs for logistics and procurement, supporting purchasing strategies, and managing external resources required for projects are also key aspects of this role.
