As a Key Account Manager at NETS-International Group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key strategic relationships with existing clients while also acquiring new accounts in the region. You will ensure that the Sales department has access to opportunities on the share point sales portal and submit committed numbers for review. Providing forecasting for the next 3-6 months will be crucial for technical/project teams to plan accordingly. Your role will involve closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing proposals, and negotiating terms effectively.
In addition to managing accounts and exceeding targets relating to revenue growth, activities mix of products and services sales, customer relations, and acquisition, you will also work on market expansion plans, execute marketing activities, and coordinate with the marketing team to enhance sales performance. Cold calling potential customers for business prospects, responding to inquiries promptly via email or phone calls, and acting as a liaison between the company and its markets are essential tasks. The ideal candidate must possess a UAE driving license along with over 2 years of IT sales experience in System Integration. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT is required along with UAE work experience.
