**Reporting to:** Senior Manager, Strategic Projects

**Responsibilities:**
As an Account Manager at noon, you will be responsible for managing relationships and performance for top marketplace sellers within your portfolio. Your duties will include helping and training sellers to enhance their presence on the platform by increasing selection, expanding categories, and improving sales. You will need to exceed targets for selection variety, pricing competitiveness, seller/brand acquisition, and seller performance metrics. Monitoring competitors and market conditions is crucial to prepare our sellers for success. Additionally, you will plan and execute promotions while resolving any seller issues that arise by collaborating with internal and external teams.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Arabic language proficiency preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for providing constructive feedback.
- Problem-solving abilities to develop strategies enhancing support quality.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (verbal & written).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office with strong presentation skills.
