Restaurant & Bar Manager

The Restaurant & Bar Manager at NOVOTEL will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar. This includes managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring financial performance, and maintaining quality standards. The manager will also be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, coordinating events, and working closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
