As a Civil Project Engineer at Novus Project Management Services, you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating construction activities to ensure the timely completion of projects. You will be responsible for understanding specifications, civil drawings, and finishing activities while providing technical guidance and support to project site teams and subcontractors. Your role will involve conducting materials inspections, site work inspections, and quality checks to maintain the required standards throughout the project.

In addition to overseeing construction activities, you will collaborate with MEP and Finishing teams to prevent rework and ensure seamless coordination. You will prepare project schedules, monitor daily progress, and address any issues that may arise during construction. Furthermore, you will assist in budget preparation, verify contractor invoices, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing civil/renovation work. Strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques is essential, along with excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
