We're People Partners, a Dubai-based boutique recruitment agency that's part of the larger Wayfinders Group. We're looking for a talented Senior Recruitment Consultant who knows their way around one (or more!) of the following sectors/functions:
Construction/Property Development.
Sales and Marketing.
Finance.
Healthcare.

What's the role?
Take charge of the full recruitment cycle in your specialist sectors/functions.
Leverage your expertise to connect with high-quality candidates and key industry professionals.
Deeply understand our clients' needs and match them with the perfect candidates.
Work with our vibrant team to craft and execute recruitment strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
Who are we looking for?
Someone with solid recruitment experience in either Construction/Property, Sales and Marketing, Finance, or Healthcare sectors.
A professional with Middle East recruitment experience.
Ideally someone skilled in both permanent and contractual recruitment but either one will do.
A fantastic networker with strong connections in the industry.
Excellence in communication and negotiation.
A pro who thrives under tight deadlines.
A self-motivated go-getter with a high level of initiative and solid work ethic.
