Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, assess, and refine fragrances to ensure alignment with brand standards and market preferences.
Collaborate with perfumers, product development teams, and marketing to create innovative and market-relevant fragrances.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive benchmarks in the fragrance industry.
Analyze feedback from customer testing and focus groups to guide fragrance development and enhancements.
Maintain detailed records of fragrance evaluations, notes, and performance metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations to align fragrance creations with target market demands and brand strategy.
Stay updated on global fragrance trends, ingredient innovations, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Perfumery, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fragrance Evaluator or in a similar role within the perfume or FMCG industry.
Strong sensory evaluation skills and an acute sense of smell.
Experience in market research and analysis, preferably in the fragrance or luxury goods sector.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software.
Passion for fragrances and a deep understanding of olfactory preferences across cultures.
