They are seeking a meticulous and results-driven Logistics Coordinator (Exports) to ensure seamless export operations and efficient delivery of their luxury products to global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all export logistics activities, including shipping, documentation, and customs clearance.
Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and validate export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Monitor shipments, address delays, and resolve logistical challenges proactively.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to align export operations with production and sales schedules.
Negotiate with external vendors to optimize logistics costs and performance.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in export logistics coordination, ideally in luxury goods or FMCG.
Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and customs requirements.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
