Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
As a Civil Site Engineer at Qeyas Contracting LLC, your main responsibilities will include supervising and managing construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, specifications, and regulations. You will review construction drawings and blueprints while ensuring compliance with HSE guidelines and local regulations. Additionally, you will oversee the procurement and delivery of materials, maintain accurate records of site activities, prepare progress reports, and monitor project budgets to make necessary adjustments.

Skills Required:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering along with 3-4 years of experience in construction project management within the UAE. Renovation and maintenance experience is essential for this position. Proficiency in project management software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, MS Project is required. Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic are a must. Familiarity with UAE building regulations and health & safety guidelines is necessary. The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while holding a Valid UAE Driving License is also essential.
