As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for actively engaging with potential clients to offer customized packaging solutions. Your role will involve leading negotiations on terms, pricing, and contracts while ensuring a balance between client satisfaction and company profitability. Building strong client relationships is crucial as you guide them through the purchasing process and address any concerns to secure successful sales conversions.
Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining relationships with current clients to foster repeat business. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is required. Valid UAE driving experience and willingness to travel as needed are also important qualifications.
