Seeking an accomplished Financial Controller to oversee financial operations and drive strategic growth. Responsibilities include strategic financial leadership, planning & analysis, financial operations & reporting, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), internal controls & compliance, team leadership & development. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, CPA/CFA preferred, 8-10 years of progressive financial experience with ERP system knowledge. Senior level position requiring expertise in financial strategy and strong leadership skills.
