In this role, you will oversee our financial operations and drive strategic growth as we continue to expand our presence in the market.

As the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in leading the financial strategy and management of our organization. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our long-term business goals, providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team, and identifying financial risks and opportunities to support sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership and strategic planning, with a strong understanding of the travel and technology sectors.

Key responsibilities for this role include leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes; monitoring financial performance against budgets and forecasts; overseeing day-to-day financial operations such as accounting, payroll, and cash flow management; coordinating audits; leading financial due diligence for potential mergers or acquisitions; ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies; building and leading a high-performing finance team; providing coaching and mentorship to team members; promoting cross-functional collaboration within the organization.

To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred), CPA/CFA certification preferred, 8-10 years of progressive financial experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience with Oracle/SAP/ERP systems is required along with proven expertise in financial strategy, planning, analysis. Excellent leadership skills are essential along with strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset. Experience in the travel or technology industry is advantageous while familiarity with travel arrangements or hospitality sector is highly preferred.
