Operations Manager

RTC-1 Employment Services, based in Dubai, UAE, is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join a well-established multi-concept, all-day dining experience with branches across the UAE, KSA, France, and UK. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations at all branches within the UAE. This role involves supervising branch managers and supervisors to ensure that service standards are consistently met. You will also be tasked with maintaining smooth coordination between departments such as supply chain, finance, and HR to enhance operational efficiencies. Additionally, managing budgets and ensuring compliance with regulations are key aspects of this position.

To qualify for this role, candidates must be 40 years old or below with a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the F&B/Hospitality industry within the UAE is required. It is essential for applicants to possess a valid UAE driving license and have their own car for transportation purposes. The salary offered for this position ranges from AED 22,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
