We are seeking an individual who is passionate about overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and design specifications.
As a **Civil/ MEP Engineer**, your responsibilities will include managing the construction progress of both ground-up developments and renovations. You will be tasked with processing documentation for local authorities such as DM, DCD, DDA, RAKEZ, and DED. Conducting regular site visits to guarantee adherence to safety regulations and design standards will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will review drawings to provide technical guidance on quantity surveying, estimation, structural calculations, and load schedules.
To qualify for this position, you must be a male candidate of Asian nationalities aged up to 40 years old. A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is essential, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within contracting or building consultancy in Dubai. Holding valid Engineering licenses from Dubai Municipality Certifications and possessing a UAE Driver's License are mandatory requirements for this role.
