Operations Manager

Our client, an established multi-concept, all-day dining experience in Dubai with branches across UAE, KSA, France, and UK, is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations across all UAE branches. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting branch managers and supervisors to maintain high performance and service standards. Your role will involve ensuring smooth coordination between different departments, including supply chain, finance, and HR. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing budgets, compliance, and operational efficiencies.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration or a related field. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of UAE experience from the F&B/Hospitality industry. You should be 40 years old or below and hold a valid UAE driving license with your own car. This full-time position offers a salary of up to 25K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus car allowances. The job is located in Dubai, UAE.
