Hours: Sunday-Thursday (Friday & Saturday OFF)



Currently working with a multinational company who is rapidly expanding and on the search for an experienced Operations Manager. You will be responsible for operations and event management aspects, managing people, procurement and logistics.


Key Responsibilities:

Operations Tactical Management:

Contribute to strategic goal setting and provide input in review meetings.
Analyze the department tactically, setting goals and direction with the team.
Efficiently manage resources for optimal departmental performance.
Operations Development:

Review operations efficiency metrics and conduct root cause analysis.
Recommend development initiatives and plan within the budget.
Follow up on operations development processes.
Program Scheduling and Planning:

Negotiate programs plan placement with management.
Ensure resource availability and communicate plans to team members.
Facilitate planning processes for various programs.
Programs Initiation:

Assign event coordinators and oversee venue sourcing.
Manage human resources planning and purchasing processes.
Coordinate with marketing for program designs and smooth processes.
Program Management:

Oversee final IT operations setup and class seating.
Manage customer service for program initiation and follow-up.
Ensure a seamless wrap-up of the event and IT operations.


Requirements:

Previous experience in an Operations/Project Management position is essential for this role.
8 to 11 years in Operations, including 3 to 5 years in a managerial role. My client is looking for a leader so it is essential you have management experience!
Strong experience using project management systems such as Monday, Salesforce etc
My client will only consider candidates with strong Operations & Event Management experience.
You must have deep knowledge of operations processes and the ability to conduct process redesign.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management
• Experience in managing teams and optimizing processes
