Account Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies, and providing consulting services to enhance brand performance. You will build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular meetings and collaborate closely with internal teams in UAE, EGY & KSA to ensure project planning aligns with customer needs and objectives. Additionally, you will develop progress reports, proposals, presentations, analyze campaign results, troubleshoot issues, and offer recommendations.

In this role, you will also engage in external management tasks such as meeting with clients to understand their advertising requirements, devising campaign strategies within budget constraints, presenting ideas to clients alongside agency colleagues, briefing media and creative staff on digital marketing strategies. Moreover, you will act as a liaison between clients and the agency by maintaining effective communication channels and negotiating campaign details. Internally, you will ensure resources are allocated appropriately for timely project execution across Creative and SM teams while managing project scope within approved budgets. Ideal candidates should have experience in account/client management, strong presentation skills, expertise in handling client relations both internally and externally.
