As an Account Manager at Tailwind, you will play a crucial role in establishing strong relationships with leading brands and agencies to showcase the value of our technology solutions. Reporting directly to the Regional Head and collaborating with our teams in UAE & Europe, your responsibilities include driving revenue initiatives, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations for various audiences, participating in Solution Discovery sessions with prospects, developing growth strategies across key portfolios alongside Customer Success teams, aligning revenue goals with management, managing sales pipelines effectively for reporting purposes, and representing Tailwind at events and webinars to demonstrate thought leadership.
We are looking for candidates with 3-4 years of experience in Advertising Technology or digital media roles within agencies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders in marketing organizations while excelling as an individual contributor. Key skills include accurate sales forecasting across different cadences, a collaborative mindset, willingness to travel when needed, holding a Bachelor's degree, and fluency in Arabic (a plus).
