As the Project Manager at TASC Outsourcing, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of steel and construction projects. This includes developing comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery. You will coordinate and manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders involved in the project to ensure alignment and smooth operations. Regular site visits will be conducted to ensure that work is being executed in compliance with safety standards, design specifications, and quality expectations.
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of proven experience in managing steel, construction, or industrial projects with a strong track record of successful project delivery. Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera is required, along with knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. A PMP or other project management certification would be considered a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required (Master's degree preferred), along with knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality assurance processes. The ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems is also essential.
