We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Accountant at Luxe Developers, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our financial activities with precision and compliance. Your responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing budgets for projects, managing cash flow effectively, maintaining accurate cost accounting records, ensuring tax compliance, and coordinating audits seamlessly. Additionally, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with lenders and investors to support our growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred) with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting within the real estate or construction sector. Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and real estate accounting standards is essential. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, and Advance Excel is required. Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously are key attributes for success in this role.
