We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in generating new business leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and guiding them through our service offerings. The ideal candidate for this role is results-oriented, skilled in client management, and has a strong passion for the digital security industry.

Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager include actively identifying and targeting new business leads through various channels, developing outreach strategies to engage potential clients, serving as the primary point of contact for new leads to build lasting relationships, transitioning leads into active accounts by providing ongoing support, collaborating with the sales team to develop targeted approaches, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings for market analysis purposes, and maintaining detailed records of all leads and account activities using CRM software.

To qualify for this position, candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in account management or sales within sectors such as fintech, cybersecurity, or tech. Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, sales skills with a proven track record in lead generation and conversion are essential. An analytical mindset to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions is required. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
