Full Time Store Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our charity thrift shop in Dubai. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, training/inspiring the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining store inventory, and fostering a positive environment in line with our charitable mission.
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a thrift shop or nonprofit organization, but not essential.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others, the ideal candidate will have experience with volunteers.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with fluency in in written and spoken English (Arabic or Tagalog proficiency is a plus!).
Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and financial principles.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Administrative skills, particularly excel.
Passion for charitable causes and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
Interest in fashion, with preferably some prior experience
