As an Account Manager at TRM Labs focusing on private sector business customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while driving company growth. Your responsibilities will include mapping current key stakeholders within accounts, prospecting for new business opportunities through expansions and outreach efforts, nurturing client relationships through various activities such as feedback loops and renewals, creating strategic account plans to meet revenue goals and identify growth opportunities, and advocating for customer feedback within TRM. You will need at least 5 years of experience in Account Management or Sales with SaaS products targeting crypto businesses.
