We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our surveyors by assisting with proposal preparation, formatting valuation reports, and maintaining client relationships. As the first point of contact for office inquiries, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, correspondence, and general administrative tasks. Additionally, you will coordinate portfolio valuation inspections, update electronic filing systems, and assist with research for reports.

In this role, you will work closely with the office manager to ensure seamless operations by managing office supplies, inputting data into databases, preparing invoices and reports, and providing professional responses to all visitors. You will also support the HR function by keeping personnel records up to date and arranging interviews when necessary. The successful candidate must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
