As an MEP Project Manager at Azizi Developments, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on construction projects. Working closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams, you will ensure that MEP systems meet all requirements specifications, codes, and standards. You will manage project budgets by estimating costs associated with materials, labor, and equipment while controlling costs within financial limits. Additionally, you will plan and supervise MEP system installations to ensure they are completed on time and in accordance with project specifications.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in MEP Projects and hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection systems, and plumbing is essential for success in this role. Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP is required. Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills are also vital for this position. Experience with contracts negotiation, procurement processes, and cost management will be highly valued.
