**Job Description:**
As a Financial Accountant at 25hours Hotels, your day will be filled with responsibilities that drive financial stability and compliance. You will prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while managing accounts payable and receivable functions. Conducting internal audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to financial policies will be crucial. Additionally, you will develop budgets, monitor forecasts, maintain updated financial records, and provide insights on operational performance to senior management. Collaborating with department heads for accurate financial reporting, payroll processing compliance, bank statement reconciliation, cash flow management, external audit preparation, internal control maintenance are also key aspects of this role.

**Qualifications:**
We value personality over qualifications but seek individuals with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. A CPA certification is preferred along with 3-5 years of accounting experience within the hospitality industry. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential, particularly Excel. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, time-management abilities are required traits for success in this role. Excellent communication skills are necessary for liaising with internal departments as well as external auditors.
