Senior Accountant

3DXB Group, a leading organization in Dubai specializing in 3D concrete printing and advanced construction technologies, is seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to join our team. With a focus on innovation and excellence, we offer a range of services including engineering consultancy, design and build, material manufacturing, and specialized 3D printing services. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a proactive individual to lead our financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance across the Group.

As the Senior Accountant at 3DXB Group, you will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will play a key role in applying for business loans and credit facilities, preparing funding applications, and participating in financial contract negotiations with banks and financial institutions. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with local banks, handle tax registration and filing (VAT and Corporate Tax), monitor cash flow, conduct financial risk analysis, liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies, and ensure internal controls are properly implemented.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 7 years of relevant experience in accounting within the UAE. Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial forecasting, loan structuring, tax compliance, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for this role.
