As a Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the Private Investments team. From early stage analysis to deal structuring and overseeing investments through to exit, you will have hands-on experience with strong visibility within the organization. Responsible individuals will also have the opportunity to engage with investment partners globally, fostering growth in expertise and credibility.
In this role, you will conduct insightful research and analysis on markets and key sectors, evaluate investment opportunities, develop strategic plans for the firm, and collaborate closely with the Finance team for performance monitoring and reporting. Over time, additional responsibilities may include overseeing and reporting on the overall investment portfolio of the firm. We are looking for a UAE-based Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst with 6+ years of relevant experience in direct exposure to investment projects. The ideal candidate will have worked at a reputable Investment Bank or Private Investment firm with experience in Real Estate investments among others. Key skills include fundamental analysis abilities, due diligence expertise for target investments, valuation analysis proficiency based on true drivers, financial modeling skills for valuing assets and forecasting performance.
To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills, clarity in communication, initiative-taking abilities, resilience under pressure, attention to detail passion supporting investment opportunities. A university degree in Finance or equivalent is required; an MBA is a plus. Advanced Excel skills are essential along with proficiency in other software packages.
