We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager - Finance to join our team and play a crucial role in managing financial planning, reporting, and compliance for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing revenue tracking, payment gateway reconciliation, cost control, taxation compliance, and ensuring financial accuracy in line with industry regulations.
Key responsibilities of this role include maintaining accurate financial records and general ledger entries, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, monitoring accounts payable/receivable activities, reconciling payments through various gateways, managing cash on delivery payments from logistics partners efficiently while minimizing revenue leakage through refunds or disputes.
The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting along with a Qualified CA certification. Additionally, they should have 3-6 years of relevant experience in finance or e-commerce finance roles. Proficiency in financial analysis/reporting tools like Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), familiarity with e-commerce KPIs (ROAS/LTV/AOV/CAC/GMV), VAT regulations knowledge within e-commerce settings are essential for this position. Strong communication skills along with problem-solving abilities will be advantageous.
