As the Accounts Manager – FMCG (KSA), you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the organization. This includes preparing accurate financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), monitoring budgets and forecasts for cost optimization, managing cash flow effectively, and ensuring adherence to local and international regulations. Your role will also involve supervising accounts payable/receivable teams, conducting reconciliations, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian taxation laws, optimizing cash flows for operational needs, and leading the accounts team towards success.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (mandatory) along with 5-8 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 3 years in the FMCG industry in KSA. Professional certifications like CPA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, advanced MS Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and leadership qualities are essential requirements for this role. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
