As the Facilities Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily facility management of multiple properties owned by ADCG and its subsidiaries. You will play a crucial role in creating and negotiating technical contracts for both commercial and residential properties in collaboration with our outsourced Facility Management vendor. Additionally, you will work closely with project teams to address works required, variations, change in design requirements, and other related tasks. Reporting directly to the Head of Real Estate, you will provide regular updates on property developments, issues encountered, and necessary requirements for assigned properties.

In this role, you will also be involved in budget preparation, data analysis, cost estimation, and monitoring consultant performance to ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards. You will liaise with government entities such as Abu Dhabi Municipality to ensure regulatory compliance and facilitate efficient operations. Furthermore, your strategic analysis skills will be put to use in recommending short-term, mid-term, and long-term space solutions for commercial and residential properties under your purview.
