We are currently looking for a Finance Manager with expertise in Private Equity, Investment Companies, or Finance Projects for one of our esteemed clients based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, driving key investment decisions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strategic insight, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

As the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include preparing accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts; monitoring financial performance against projections; conducting due diligence for potential investments and acquisitions; leading annual budgeting processes and quarterly re-forecasting; ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations; and mentoring a team of finance professionals to foster a culture of growth and excellence. You will also collaborate closely with senior management and operational teams to drive business growth and represent the finance team in cross-functional projects.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (an MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus), possess CPA, CFA or equivalent professional qualifications, have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Finance within Private Equity or Investment Companies, demonstrate proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), excel in advanced MS Excel skills and financial modeling tools usage. Moreover, strong communication skills along with exceptional analytical abilities are essential for this role.
