As the Financial Accountant, your primary responsibility will be managing financial records with precision and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will play a crucial role in preparing and examining financial statements, maintaining general ledger accounts, processing invoices and payroll, analyzing financial data for management reports, and assisting in financial planning. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting internal audits, supporting external audit processes, and implementing robust financial control systems across all entities.

Key responsibilities also include developing annual budgets for all companies, performing regular budget vs. actual analysis to provide insightful variance reports, identifying financial risks and recommending mitigation strategies, monitoring cash flow with accurate forecasting reports, establishing KPIs for financial performance monitoring purposes, and preparing monthly financial control dashboards for management review. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software such as the 1C accounting system would be advantageous.
