Director of Finance

The Director of Finance will play a crucial role in preparing annual budgets, capital budgets, and rolling forecasts in collaboration with the General Manager and department heads. Responsibilities include providing accurate financial and management reports to hotel management, corporate offices, and owners according to company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills and experience in financial analysis and reporting. They will also be responsible for implementing benchmarking techniques to enhance revenues while improving productivity and cost efficiencies throughout the hotel.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills and a strong background in finance systems. The Director of Finance will oversee the hotel accounting department, internal control systems, and financial policies to ensure compliance with all regulations. • Minimum of 5-10 years experience in a senior finance position. Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management and/or Accounting.
