Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in steering the financial operations of the property during both pre- and post-opening phases. You will act as the strategic financial business leader, developing and implementing property-wide strategies that align with the brand's target customers' needs while maximizing return on investment. Key responsibilities of the Financial Controller include developing comprehensive financial strategies aligned with overall business objectives, collaborating with senior management to align financial goals with operational plans, preparing detailed operating and capital budgets, monitoring performance against budgets, generating timely financial reports providing insights into performance, managing cash flow to ensure operational liquidity, establishing strong internal control systems to protect assets and minimize risks, leading and mentoring the finance team while fostering a collaborative culture, overseeing all financial aspects of pre-opening phases including vendor negotiations and staffing budgets.
