As a Guest Relations Officer at ACCOR, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by performing various tasks such as check-in/out procedures using Opera Cloud, welcoming guests warmly, answering inquiries and calls promptly, preparing occupancy reports, maintaining arrival reports daily, and assisting with reservations. You will be responsible for informing guests about hotel rates and services while ensuring that all rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped to meet their needs by coordinating with our housekeeping staff.

To excel in this role, you should have prior work experience in the UAE as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or Receptionist. Proficiency in Opera Cloud and Microsoft applications is essential. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered a plus. Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities are key attributes for success in this position. Your role will fall under the departments of Front Desk, F&B (Food & Beverage), Housekeeping at our hotel.
