AccorHotel, a renowned name in the hospitality industry, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. At AccorHotel, we are committed to providing exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences. As part of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the hotel's Food & Beverage operation, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and events. This hands-on position requires a strategic thinker who can balance operational duties with administrative responsibilities while fostering collaboration across departments.
Responsibilities for this role include actively managing F&B outlets to ensure exceptional service delivery, connecting with guests to enhance their experience, and supporting your team. You will need to coordinate effectively with other departments to guarantee clear communication and efficient problem-solving methods that prioritize guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of conferences and events, as well as handling tasks such as rostering, coaching staff, cost control measures, inventory management, and preparing reports for senior management.
The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurants or hotels with demonstrated leadership skills. If you have a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences and possess experience in banqueting and bar operations, we encourage you to apply. Qualifications required for this role include strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handler qualifications. Knowledge of H+L point of sale system would be advantageous but not mandatory. While previous study in hospitality or tourism is desirable, it is not essential as this position offers ample opportunities for professional growth within the hotel industry.
