As the Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of guest relations to maximize guest satisfaction. You will live and project the goal, philosophy, vision, mission, and core values of the company while adhering to grooming standards at all times. Your key roles and responsibilities will include preparing duty rosters, supervising Guest Relation Officers, maintaining transparent communication with related departments, conducting house tours for VIPs, handling guest complaints according to standards, and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition.

Furthermore, as part of your duties, you will liaise closely with Concierge, Butler, and Sofitel Club for hotel events and special VIP requests. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining an efficient guest history system, preparing requisitions for amenities distribution on a timely basis, attending daily briefings or meetings for smooth operations communication purposes. Additionally, you will ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the Guest Relations desk and lobby at all times while abiding by all policies and procedures set forth by AccorHotel.
