You will also be responsible for maintaining arrival reports for both individual guests and groups, informing guests about hotel rates and services, as well as creating, canceling, or confirming reservations as needed.
The ideal candidate for this position should have prior work experience in the UAE as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or Receptionist. Proficiency in Opera Cloud and Microsoft applications is essential. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of additional languages would be advantageous.
