We are currently seeking a skilled Waiter / Waitress - Banquets to join our team at DELANO Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during banquets and events by ensuring efficient food and beverage service. Your key responsibilities will include greeting guests courteously, serving food and beverages according to event specifications, setting up banquet areas with tables, chairs, linens, and tableware, as well as working closely with banquet staff and the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a proven track record in luxury hospitality environments such as luxury hotels or high-end restaurants. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience. Proficiency in luxury hotel operations and management software is required, along with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols. A relevant educational qualification in Hospitality Management is preferred.
