Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Director of Finance will lead and manage various finance departments including Accounting, FP&A, Payroll, IT, Purchasing, and Cost Control. Responsibilities include overseeing capital expenditure, managing cash flow, and acting as the guardian of hotel performance to meet owner's expectations. Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders such as Owners, Accor operations teams, and external auditors is essential for success in this role. Additionally, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts closures is vital while utilizing tools defined by Accor for financial reporting.
