We are currently seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing specific food items and meal components at your station under the guidance of the Chef de Cuisine. You must ensure that all food items meet quality standards in terms of taste, temperature, and visual appeal while adhering to set specifications. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment, conduct stocktaking, order supplies for your station, and continuously improve your food preparation techniques based on feedback received. As the second-in-command in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine, you will oversee kitchen operations and collaborate with the culinary team to uphold high-quality food and service standards.
