Your primary responsibilities will include leading corporate finance operations such as accounting, accounts payable/receivable, tax, transfer pricing, and treasury functions. Ensuring compliance with local regulations, IFRS standards, and group policies will be crucial. You will establish and enforce financial controls aligned with group standards while managing relationships with tax authorities and governmental bodies. Additionally, you will oversee audit processes both internally and externally to ensure smooth audits and actionable outcomes.
As the Corporate Finance Director at Ennismore, you will drive budgeting and forecasting processes while providing stakeholder reports on a regular basis. Your expertise in financial modeling and analysis will support new business initiatives and cost-saving strategies.
