As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for leading and managing various finance departments including Accounting, FP&A, Payroll, IT, Purchasing, and Cost control. You will act as the guardian of hotel performance by challenging other departments to meet owner's expectations of asset performance.
In addition to financial management, you will be tasked with maintaining strong communication channels with stakeholders such as Owners, Accor operations teams, Accor finance teams, external auditors, etc. Your ability to strengthen and analyze accounting information will be essential in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports accurately and efficiently within specified deadlines.
