Job Description:

As the F&B Guest Relations Manager at Delano Dubai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction across all food and beverage outlets within our hotel. Working closely with the F&B team, your responsibilities include maintaining exceptional service standards, addressing guest concerns promptly, and creating memorable dining experiences. By fostering positive guest relationships and promoting loyalty, you will contribute to meeting both guest expectations and operational goals.

Responsibilities:

Guest Relations & Service Excellence:
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests at our F&B outlets.
- Interact with guests personally to gather feedback and resolve complaints.
- Implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and build lasting relationships.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure seamless communication and excellent service.
- Provide training and support to maintain high service standards.
- Act as a liaison between the team and guests to address concerns efficiently.

Operational Support:
- Monitor service levels during peak times to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with restaurant reservations and seating arrangements.
- Oversee food quality and presentation according to brand standards.
