Job Description

As a Senior Chef De Partie (Cold Kitchen) at AccorHotels, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily mis-en-place and food production across various sections of the main kitchen. Working closely with the Sous Chef or Director of Culinary, you will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and according to established standards.
