As the Senior Finance Manager at AceNet, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our financial systems, including Oracle Fusion (migration from Oracle EBS), Yardi, and other financial solutions such as treasury, consolidation, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and IT, with proven experience in optimizing financial systems to align with business objectives. Real estate experience would be advantageous, as well as a consulting background. Mandatory onsite experience in Europe or North America is required for this role.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of financial systems like Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Yardi, among others. You will collaborate closely with finance and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of these systems. Additionally, you will manage system upgrades, patches, enhancements to meet business requirements while providing support and training to finance and accounting teams on system usage.
To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related fields. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CPA) would be beneficial. With at least 15 years of experience managing financial systems focusing on Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS Yardi Treasury consolidation etc., you should have a strong understanding of finance principles like GAAP and IFRS along with project management skills.
