Senior Finance Manager

Acube Developments, a prominent real estate developer in Dubai, is currently looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Finance Manager at Acube Developments, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the finance and accounts division of the company. Working closely with top management, you will be responsible for managing the capital structure and financing options, providing strategic direction, tracking cash flow, overseeing accounting and finance departments, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

In this role, your responsibilities will include building banking relationships, identifying and arranging financing, tracking Receivables & Payables, and providing management with daily activity dashboards and forecasts. You will collaborate with senior managers to develop budget proposals efficiently, access project finance information, ensure contract compliance and reporting. Additionally, you will research revenue opportunities and economic trends to identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.

The ideal candidate for this position must have proven experience as a Senior Finance Manager or similar role within a real estate development firm or Real Estate Brokerage. In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices in the UAE is essential. Proficiency in data analysis tools and forecasting methods is required along with expertise in MS Office and financial management software such as SAP or Oracle Netsuite. An analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers is crucial. A Certified Public Accountant designation would be advantageous. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role is mandatory along with at least 15+ years of proven experience in accounting and financial management practices including 5 years specifically within the UAE.

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role is a must
• Minimum 15+ years proven experience in accounting and financial management practice with at least 5 of them in UAE.

• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including IFRS standards
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software such as SAP or Oracle Netsuite
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is a plus
• Ability to manage finance personnel and financial IT systems effectively
